Also known as gas relay, it is a protective device used by oil immersed transformer and oil immersed on load tap changer. It is installed on the connecting pipe between the transformer tank cover and the oil conservator. When the internal fault of the transformer decomposes the oil to produce gas or causes oil flow impulse, make the contact of the gas relay act to connect the specified control circuit, send a signal in time or automatically cut off the power supply of the transformer to protect the transformer. The gas taking box is a connecting structure. The connecting pipe is connected to the side wall joint of the gas relay through the upper nut, and the lower end is connected to the gas taking box. The gas box is installed on the oil tank wall of the transformer. The gas inside the gas relay is collected into the gas box through the connecting pipe, so as to take gas at any time on the ground.
