Hengfengyou steelmaking electric arc furnace transformer is a special transformer designed and manufactured according to the special requirements of electric furnace steelmaking production for power supply. It is specially used for smelting excellent steel, alloy steel and aluminum silicate refractory fiber.
In addition to the characteristics of ordinary transformer, electric arc furnace transformer should also meet the special requirements of steel-making process, have certain overload capacity and short-circuit resistance mechanical strength. The regulation mode of electric arc furnace transformer is divided into on load voltage regulation and non excitation bump voltage regulation. The electric arc furnace transformer with on load voltage regulation does not have series reactor. The structure of arc furnace transformer without excitation, bump and voltage regulation can be divided into two types: with series reactor and without series reactor. Both structures can change the impedance under the highest secondary voltage. The former changes the impedance by inputting and cutting off the series reactor, while the latter changes the impedance by changing the connection mode of the high-voltage winding of the arc furnace transformer itself.
